蒜香椒麻蒸蝦

 

食材:

草蝦10隻

板條300克

大蒜20克

香菜20克

蔥10克

調味料:

椒麻蒜香醬1.5大匙

糖1小匙

醬油2大匙

酒1大匙

紅蔥頭酥1匙

大蒜50克

芝麻油香油少許


作法:

草蝦剖開,板條放置盤中,草蝦排齊加入調味料,大火蒸熟,將蔥花及香菜擺放好淋上燒熱芝麻油!即可上桌。
